The DCS2012 Group Room Block ends on Monday, August 31st, 2012.
The room rate of $139 is for DCS2012 registered conference attendees. Rooms reserved under this rate are available for conference attendees only. To guarantee the discounted room rate of $139, conference registrations must be completed by August 31st. All unregistered individuals will not be eligible for the discounted room rate and will pay prevailing Red Rock hotel rates.
The Red Rock Hotel has a variety of suites available. DCS2012 has contracted for special rates on the hotel's Signature suites. A limited number are available at the DCS2012 discounted price of $279 per night. These suites include a parlor with an L shaped sofa, 50" Plasma TV, a dining room table for four and a half bathroom.

| RED ROCK HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY |
There is a $24.99 Resort Amenity Fee per night. Total charge does not include 12% Hotel Tax. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 Noon. All reservations are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy. Reservations canceled within 7 days prior to arrival, will be charged a no show fee of one night room and tax. It is the attendee's responsibility to submit a credit card number or a deposit equal to one (1) night's room/suite rate plus tax as a guarantee at the time the reservation is made. The credit card will be charged at that time. Refunds will be issued on individual attendee's reservations cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date.
The Resort requires a pre-authorization of $100.00 for each nights stay to cover incidentals. This pre-authorization will take place up-front (i.e. if you are staying 3 nights, your card will be pre-authorized for $300.00 when you check-in). Please note that if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from your bank account and the funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in. After deducting an amount equal to the incidentals used during your stay at the Resort, any balance will be credited to your bank account upon check-out.
